it seems like forever ago that i did my very first blog post; i just feel like i have personally come a long way with my blog since that day. for that i am proud of myself, but i know i still have plenty of room to grow. that being said, i have learned a thing or two from creating my own blog by myself and blogging for a year, and i want to share some of my experiences for any of you who may just be curious or are maybe toying with the idea of starting your own blog. either way, here are some of the things i would say were pretty important.
hi! today is a special day, because exactly a year ago i posted my first blog post onto vogue intuition. well, kind of. VI turned one last month, in august, but that was when i was in berlin and wasn't posting to the blog. so instead i'm celebrating a month later!

hi! i'm finally back! so, as you may have noticed, i haven't been writing on the blog recently. the school year was ending and i just found it difficult to juggle so many things at once. i found that i was just posting things to post them; i wasn't really proud or happy with my posts, so i figured it was better to just take a break from them until summer. i think i'll get a hang of it though so that i make sure i post consistently throughout the year.
anyways, it's summer break! it's definitely nice being home: i eat a lot healthier, i work out, and i get to see old friends again. but i have to admit, i do miss living right across the street from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. i'll definitely be appreciating them when i get back in september. as for the blog, during summer break i'm going to hopefully post twice a week. i'm really excited to be able to work on projects that were harder to do during the year and to make original content which i was really struggling with towards the end of the year. there's going to be lots of new stuff happening on the blog, and possibly some exciting news also, so stay tuned! i also want to make sure that from now on and in the upcoming year, i make this blog more focused on college girls. that was my original goal for this blog, but i strayed a little. so this year i want to make sure i set out to achieve what i originally set out to do, be a college life and style blog for college girls. for today's blog post i'm just feeling really excited for summer, and i wanted to help you guys get pumped to. so here are some pics, ideas, etc. that are definitely summer worthy that will get you longing for warm days on the beach and starry nights. :) hi! hopefully everything has been going well for you guys. it's crazy how the school year is coming to an end so quickly. although i still have over a month of school left to go, i know a lot of people that got out yesterday or are getting out in the next week or so. so if you're one of those people, congrats on finishing the school year. and as for the rest of you (like me) that still have a way to go, you can make it!
so today i wanted to do a little post about turning eighteen, because as it is, tomorrow i'm turning eighteen! people usually see eighteenth birthdays as one of the milestone birthdays, understandably. i just wanted to talk a little about how i feel about it today, so here i go! why hello there! i hope you all are having a great spring break. as the week wraps up the next big thing on everyone's mind is easter, and i'm here to give you the guide on how to do right; from food to diy's and everything in between, i've got you covered. easter really serves as a great welcome to spring, and this guide really embraces that. be ready for lots of fresh vibes and bright colors! lets get to it.
hey everyone! for the blog post this week i wanted to start something new. there are a lot of people i know that are really interesting, creative, and inspiring; and i thought it would be cool to share some of their stories with you guys. for the first one it's going to be all about keeley. keeley is one of my suite mates, and we've become really close friends over the past few months. i'm excited to share her story; she inspires me everyday, so i hope you'll gain something from her story too!
