hi everyone! sorry for not posting anything last week; i'll try to make up for it with double posts this week! anyway, coachella just happened, it's still festival season, and a lot of colleges are having music festivals as the school year finished up. so... with all of this happening i thought it would be fitting to do a festival fashion roundup/inspiration post for your own festival ensembles. here are some of my favorites that i've rounded up! xo shawndiz
hi! sorry for the prolonged absence on the blog; things got a little hectic towards the end of the quarter. i hope i'll be able to make it up this week though with some extra posts. spring break finally came! i hope all of you are enjoying your time off. i'm currently writing to you from connecticut; i made it here last night on a rushed family emergency trip. although i won't be spending much time in the sun, (it's currently 61 degrees in south windsor) i know many of you west coasters will be! spending time in the sun obviously has to be accompanied by cute swimwear, right? so today on the blog i rounded up a few swimsuits that i thought were especially cute and spring break ready. they come in all styles and for all budgets, so choose the one that's right for you!
the magical month of fashion weeks has come to an end, but i could not let them leave too easily. we've enjoyed a month of runway magic where we drool over high couture fashion; but needless to say the streets of new york, london, milan, and paris were teeming with tasteful looks also. so while the looks of runways are probably out of reach for most of us, it's actually quite easy to replicate a street style look that won't break the bank. so today i'm going to show you how you can replicate this chic look from new york fashion week, with my own personal twist!
If you know anything about me, you know that I am all about cold weather! While winter is my favorite season, Fall is what gets me hyped up for the snowy months!! The latter half of the year guarantees the best holidays, foods, and fashion (in my honest opinion, at least). Here are just a few of the things that I'm most excited about this coming fall.
i'm shawndiz, a college student in desperate need of a creative outlet. i love all things design worthy and revel in creating and sharing what i find beautiful and interesting in the world. above all i believe that being a busy college student doesn't mean you should sacrifice style.
