hello! i don't know about where you live but here in so cal the next few days are supposed to be super hot. i technically live in a desert, which means my city will get especially hot. i think at one point it's supposed to be 108 degrees. when it's that hot all i want to do is be in the pool and eat ice-cream, so i thought i'd share a really easy popsicle recipe that will definitely come in handy when you're trying to cool off at any point during the summer. i wanted to do something really fresh and summery, so i went with a citrus flavored theme. keep reading to find out how to make these treats!
what you'll need: (makes 4)
- sparkling lemonade
- 1 orange
- popsicle mold
- popsicle sticks

- cut the orange into thin slices. cut the slices in half if necessary.
- place them in your popsicle mold.
- pour the sparkling lemonade into each mold.
- put your popsicle sticks in, securing them with tape if necessary to keep them straight.
- place in the freezer for 5 hours. when the waiting is over, pop them out and enjoy!
