- 2 cups boiled water
- 2 packets strawberry jello
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- mint leaves to garnish
- pour the boiled water into a large bowl.
- add both packets of the strawberry jello; stir until dissolved.
- add the whipped cream; stir until well mixed.
- add the vanilla ice cream; stir until well mixed.
- leave the mixture in the freezer for one our, then remove and leave in the refrigerator for an additional four hours.
- remove, garnish with mint, and serve.
