Infused Sparkling Water
who said water had to be boring? not me for sure! i love adding things to my water everyday, and today i bring you a lovely combination of grapefruit, mint, and rose that you can add to your water to make it pop. there are so many fruits, vegetables, etc. that you can add to your water; so feel free to experiment! this is just one of my personal faves i conjured up. i really like how the ingredients i used gave it a very unique taste.
Infused Sparkling Water
makes 1 pitcher

ingredients:
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 3 springs of mint
  • 3 tbsp rose water
  • sparkling water
  • dried roses to garnish

directions:
  1. cut the grapefruit in half. slice half of the grapefruit into wedges and put in your pitcher.
  2. put the mint in your pitcher followed by the rose water.
  3. fill the pitcher with your desired amount of sparkling water. there is no need to stir once you've done this!
  4. let the drink sit for 1 hour (you can let it sit longer for a more potent flavor). cover your pitcher so you don't lose the fizz!
  5. poor into individual glasses. add a slice of grapefruit from the other half, any remaining mint, and a couple of dried roses to garnish.
